This Privacy Policy and Personal Data text, DATASEED Yazılım Elektronik Ltd. Şti. to real/legal persons who want to operate commercially, in accordance with the contracts concluded with the customers, in the stages of providing related services, especially software, electronic solutions, cloud computing and data management services and concluding contracts and/or during the use of the website www.dataseed.com.tr website (Site) and/or the applications that the Customer can install on their mobile devices through the platforms where the services will be offered (separately one or both together, the "Platform") have been prepared in order to enlighten and inform the users about the terms and conditions regarding the use of the data obtained and/or to be obtained from the customers in any way during the use of the data and the ways in which the data is processed.

DATASEED adopts this Privacy Policy and Personal Data text for the confidentiality, use and other related issues regarding the information processed about the customers to whom it has started to provide services with the Customer Service Agreement.

Personal data refers to any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. For this reason, the regulations regarding personal data in this text shall be applied in the event that the relevant information belongs to a natural person. Regulations regarding the protection of information belonging to legal persons are not within this scope.

DATASEED values the confidentiality of data and takes care to be transparent about the storage of information. This Privacy Policy and Personal Data text explains what kind of data is collected, how this data is used, with whom this information is shared if necessary, your rights regarding your personal data and how these rights can be exercised.

• Registration and Service Information: In order to benefit from DATASEED services, you must be a member of the Platform. The following information may be requested to register:

  • Telephone Number
  • E-Mail Address
  • The password you will use on the Platform

  If you register with third party accounts (such as Google or Facebook), your information may be stored to verify that these accounts belong to you.

• Invoice and Accounting Data: You are required to provide the following information when making a payment to DATASEED:
  • Name-Surname
  • Address
  • E-Mail Address
  • Trade Name
  • Tax Office and Tax Number
  • Financial information depending on your payment method (credit card number, bank account number, etc.)
• Service Data You Request to be Evaluated or Reviewed: The information you enter regarding the service you want to supply through DATASEED is recorded in the company infrastructure for evaluation and may be used to provide you with better service at later stages.
• Other Data You Voluntarily Share: Personal information or data you submit in other contexts may be stored.
• Usage Data: The following data may be automatically collected when you access DATASEED platforms:

  • Your system and performance information
• Information from Third Parties: If you allow third parties to share your information with us, we may collect personal information or data about you from those third parties. For example, if you use the option to register and log in with your DATASEED Google account details, your login details are verified by Facebook; we only collect information about your Facebook account that you expressly agree to share with us by allowing your DATASEED account to be linked to your Facebook account.

DATASEED is not the data controller for your personal data not specified in this text. For your personal data not included herein, the DATASEED business partner providing the relevant service is the data controller and all kinds of responsibility belongs to the business partner in accordance with the legislation.
